The legacy of relationships...

How much do your relationships matter to you? When we are young they in many cases are disposable. However as we age and experience life the priority level starts to rise. Or does it really (when we crush a friend’s ambition, take out our frustrations on a parent for their past wrongs, step on a colleague to get ahead, say mean things to a spouse, or shatter a child’s dream)? What will you leave as your legacy when it comes to those you interact with over your life?
One thing commonly shared as we age and face inevitability is what did we accomplish or not with those we love. This is true no matter your class status, wealth level, race, gender, religion or locality. Please ask yourself what those closest to you will say. More importantly what are you leaving behind for them to comment regarding you?
